You can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused and in its original condition
With all original tags, packaging, manuals, accessories, and invoice
Returns are accepted only for:
Damaged or defective products
Incorrect product delivered
Items with manufacturing defects
The following items are not eligible for return:
Products that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery
Items without original packaging and invoice
Products sold under special offers, clearance, or final sale unless damaged or defective
Personal hygiene items such as trimmers, grooming kits, etc. once opened
To initiate a return:
Contact our support team via phone or email within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your order ID, reason for return, and clear photos/videos of the item (if applicable).
Our team will evaluate the request and arrange for reverse pickup if eligible.
After inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via NEFT/IMPS after collecting bank details.
We offer free exchanges for defective or wrongly delivered products.
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the item.
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled, but you can initiate a return after delivery.
